Vinod provides a warranty claim of up to 2 years on its products, subject to manufacturing defects. Jaggery provides a warranty claim of up to 5 years on its products, subject to manufacturing defects. Please note that our warranty does not cover any damage caused due to natural wear and tear, scratching, mishandling, or damage from overheating or discoloration caused by the dishwasher.
Once your warranty claim is approved, we will pick up the defective product from your given address and deliver a brand-new product to your doorstep as a replacement for the same. In the event of any damage which does not fall under the warranty, we will notify you and close the case.
