Jaggery provides a 7 days span to return or replace products if the delivered products are damaged or in an unfavourable condition subject to an unboxing video.

Terms and Conditions: –
– The item is returnable within 7 days of delivery.
– After we receive our product back, refunds can take up to 30 days to reflect in your account.
– Refunds are not available for returns after 7 days.
– All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
– To be specific, if an item meets one or more of the following conditions, it may be eligible for return within the applicable return window:
– The delivered product was damaged.
– A problem with size or quality
– A part or accessory of the product was missing.
– The product is not what was requested.
